Villa Ivan - Palit, Rab

Villa Ivan is located in Palit on the island of Rab. Palit is one of the newly built settlements on the island, and it lies along the bay of Eufemija, opposite the peninsula of Frkanj. Palit is also one of the favorite beaches on Rab, and is famous for its beautiful promenade that stretches from the bay of Soline to the old city walls. Villa Ivan has a total of 3 apartments and is located only 100 meters from the sea. There are two beautiful beaches nearby: a stone beach 250 meters away and a pebble beach 700 meters away. The distance from the villa to the center is 2 km.

On the ground floor of the villa, there are two well-equipped apartments of 45 and 35 square meters. Each consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room and a shower with toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The ground-floor apartments have terraces furnished with seating.

The upstairs apartment is 65 square meters in size and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is a sofa that extends into a double bed that can accommodate two people. The apartment has a balcony furnished with seating from where you can take in the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.

All the apartments have a separate kitchen with all the necessary elements: an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The apartments are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi internet, a satellite receiver, and a safe for storing valuables. Each apartment also has a separate shower with a toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The owner of the villa does not live on the premises, so the property is entirely for the guests’ use.

The outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds is shared with guests of Villa Mihaela and Villa Pavica. In front of Villa Ivan, there are parking spots for all the guests. If you arrive by boat, we can provide you with a berth. Just please send an inquiry in advance. Villa Ivan is just 100 meters from the main road. The nearest bus stop is 500 meters away. A shop is 500 meters away and a market is 1.5 kilometers away.

The doctor in Palit is 1.5 km away from the villa, while the distance to the ferry port is 16 km.
