Villa Ivana - Banjol, Rab

Villa Ivana is located in Banjol, a tourist part of the Island of Rab. Situated just 150 meters from the sea, the villa offers comfortable accommodation in 4 beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartments.

Near Villa Ivana, there are two beaches perfect for swimming: a stone beach is only 500 meters away, and a beautiful pebble beach is 700 meters away. The property is a short walk away from the center of the place. If you don’t want to go to the beach, you are welcome to use the communal swimming pool, which is also used by guests of the nearby Villa Petra. The pool is located outside in the garden with a barbecue, which is ideal for summer evenings with family and friends. The garden is also shared by all guests of the villa. If you arrive by car, don’t worry about finding a parking space. Parking is provided on the premises. If needed, a berth for your boat is also available upon prior request.

Guests staying in the first-floor apartment can enjoy the balcony overlooking the pool. The modern interior of the apartment is decorated to the highest standards. The apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a two-sleeper sofa which can provide a bed for two extra people. There is also a kitchen, fitted with an electric hob, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Each apartment has a shower with a modern toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

All the apartments have WI-FI, satellite TV, and a safe in which you can safely store your most valuable possessions, whilst the air-conditioning ensures a pleasant stay.

Villa Ivana is located 100 meters from the main road, and at the same distance is the bus station. The ferry is 15 kilometers away from the villa.

If you like to cook, within 150 meters of the villa there is a market and a shop where you can get all the groceries that you need. On the other hand, if you want to enjoy superbly prepared food, there is a restaurant just 30 meters away. It is good to know that there is a doctor within 300 meters.
