Villa Lucija - Kampor, Rab

Villa Lucija is located in Kampor, a small indigenous fishing village on the island of Rab. It is situated just 50 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the center of the village, where all the shops, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops are, including a diving center. Villa Lucija is a detached house of 65 square meters consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bathrooms, and a terrace.

Villa Lucija sleeps up to 6 guests, 4 in 2 bedrooms with double beds, and another 2 on a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms also have double closets. Towels and bed linen are provided for all guests staying at Villa Lucija.

For those who want to prepare their meals during the summer vacation, the good news is that the modern kitchen in the Villa is fitted with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You can dine in the open plan kitchen or on the terrace, which is furnished with deck chairs and seating for 6 people.

The villa has two modern bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets.

In the living room, there is an LCD satellite TV and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed. To make your stay in Villa Lucia as pleasant as possible, there is air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI internet, and a safety deposit box where you can store your most valuable things.

A stone beach is located near Villa Lucija, while a sandy beach is 800 meters away. We invite you to explore a little. Take a leisurely walk through the nature reserve forest Dundo, and look for a private cove where you can enjoy all the best that summer has to offer.

All guests of Villa Lucija have access to the outdoor swimming pool shared with Villa Mare and Villa Tomislav. Guests can also use the barbecue facilities and spend memorable evenings in the garden.

Complimentary parking spaces are available. Since the Villa is located near the center, you will not have to look for parking when you go out for dinner or a drink.

If you arrive by your boat or small speedboat, for an extra charge and upon request, we can arrange a berth for you. The berth is located 200 meters from the villa.
