House Rules

The STARTURIST Villas’ House Rules

Welcome to STARTURIST VILLAS/strong>. Our house rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ enjoyment. For any information you may need, please contact reception.

1. When checking in at the reception, please provide your host with your identification documents so that you could be registered at the tourist board. The documents have to be returned to you within 24 hours. When a guest checks in at the reception, they have to leave a 200 Euro deposit as insurance for any possible disappearance, damage, or destruction of the apartment's inventory. Upon the expiry of the lease, the deposit will be fully refunded to the guest or eventual damage will be covered by it.

2. The guest has to take care of the apartment key. A lost key will be charged at 100 Euros.

3. You will pay the rent personally at the reception if the reservation was not made through some other agency. Payment is made only in Kuna according to the price list for the current year, which can be found in the accommodation unit.

4. The price of the apartment includes: water, electricity (for cooking and water heating), changing bedding in the rooms, and towels in bathrooms.

5. If you decide to cut your agreed stay short, you will have to cover the cost of the entire duration of the agreed stay.

6. The guest is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and for its maintenance. The host is not obligated to maintain the accommodation during the guest's stay in the apartment.

7. Without prior announcement and the guest's permission, the host is not allowed to enter the rented apartments or to touch or use the guest's personal belongings. The host may enter the object in the guest's absence only when he has reasonable doubt that the object or the guest's belongings are threatened, or when he has reasonable doubt that house rules are being violated.

8. During your stay, the host is available to you for any information or assistance you may need. The host is neither obligated nor responsible for organizing the guest's free time or entertaining the guest.

11. Guests are advised to refrain from smoking in closed spaces and are recommended to smoke on the apartment terraces and external joint areas. During the summer, you are kindly asked to take out the garbage from the apartments on a daily basis.

12. It is not permitted to bring inflammable or explosive substances, as well as items with strong or unpleasant odors, into the apartment. Electrical appliances for which you have not obtained the host's approval cannot be brought into the apartment. The cost of electricity, which is included in the accommodation price, does not anticipate additional electrical appliances, and the guest will be charged an additional cost of electricity proportional to the consumption of every appliance found in the apartment, regardless of whether it was used or not.

13. From 10 PM until 7 AM are quiet hours, during which it is prohibited to make noise and disturb the peace of other guests in the house. The pool can be used until 10 PM.

The guest is obligated to guard the equipment and the rented apartment in general, special attention has to be paid to switching off the electrical appliances, closing the pipes, switching off the air-conditioning when the guest is not in the apartment, and all doors and windows have to be closed before switching on the air-conditioning.

19. Any guest who does not abide by the house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally denied accommodation.

20. In the event of accommodation cancellation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount for the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

21. Guests are obligated to take care of their things and valuables. The property owner is not liable for the possible disappearance of the guest's valuables and belongings.

22. Guests can use the pool at their own risk, and in the event of injury, they waive the right to make any kind of claim against the renter. Using the swimming pool during cleaning and regular pool maintenance is not allowed.

23. At the beginning of the use of the accommodation, it is assumed that the guest is familiar with the house rules and that they accept the obligations and conditions set out in the house rules. All complaints shall be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
